How to Make Spring Rolls?

Spring rolls are a well suited crispy and light starter to serve. I decided to prepare something simple and different. I opted for a delicious Chicken Spring roll recipe to check it out click HERE where you can also see how the Spring roll was made. For the vegetarians try the Cheese and Mushroom filling below.



  • 500 g Brown Mushrooms
  • 50 g Butter
  • Aromat Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Coriander
  • Cheese


  1. Wash and Cut Brown Mushrooms Fine
  2. Add Butter to frying pan
  3. Fry Mushrooms until all the water has evaporated
  4. Add Aromat Salt, Black Pepper and Coriander
  5. Leave to cool and add a Cheese of your choice
