Sugar Beans Curry

Hey Foodsters!

I trust everyone had a lovely weekend celebrating Mother’s Day with your loved ones. It was a rather cold and rainy weekend in Gauteng, South Africa. I decided to cook a Sugar Beans Curry and serve it with Roti (Traditional Flat Bread). For those of you who may not know what Sugar beans are it is Red Speckled Beans. It is best to boil it and parcel, about a cup each,  in containers and pop it in the freezer to cook at a later stage. This curry can also be more yummy if you add either yams, shrimp or cabbage.
