There’s nothing better than some freshly baked home-made choc-chip cookies. This recipe is super quick and easy to do. Try it for yourself…and let me know if you enjoyed it 😉
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1½ cups of Cake Flour
- 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter
- ¾ cups of Brown Sugar
- 4 tablespoon of White Sugar
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Sift the Cake Flour, Salt and Bicarbonate of Soda into a bowl.
Add the butter and the sugar to an electric mixer at a low speed.
Add in the egg and Vanilla Essence.
Incorporate the dry ingredients.
Becareful not to over mix the dough. It should be at room temperature and not too warm.
Place in a bowl and add the Chocolate Chips.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Spray a non stick spray onto the baking pan.
Cut a piece of Baking Sheet to fit the tray.
Use an ice cream scoop to get an equal quantity of dough for each cookie.
Please allow for ample space as these Cookies expand on baking.
Bakes up to 15 to 35 cookies depending on the size.
Leave for 20 to 30 minutes until the edges are lightly brown.
