Crumbed Chicken Strips

This is the ideal snack for kiddies. Pair this snack with some potatoes wedges or salad for a wholesome meal.


  1. 200 g Chicken Fillets
  2. Salt (Q.S.)
  3. ¼ teaspoon White Pepper
  4. 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Ginger and Garlic
  5. ¼ teaspoon Garum Masala
  6. 1½ teaspoon Chillie Powder
  7. ¼ teaspoon Turmeric
  8. Bread Crumbs
  9. 2 eggs
  10. Oil for deep frying


  • Cut the Chicken Fillet into strips.
  • Add Spices.
  • Dip into egg and than into the Bread Crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Deep fry and serve with a side dish of your choice.
